Things you should know

Sessions on the vibration equipment are 10 to 15 minutes in length. For best results:

  • a minimum of 2 sessions per week
  • we recommend 3 sessions per week
  • maximum recommended usage is 5 sessions per week

As each person's experience is unique, we offer a free orientation session upon sign up. Rest assured that our staff are fully certified in Whole Body Vibrational Training.
