The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. This technology combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures in a precise, conscious manner to affect body, mind and soul.
This class is a mixed bag of varying instructor choice styles of cardio & strength to challenge and sculpt lean muscles. Examples: Tabata, The "500", Step Interval, etc. It’s sure to boost your confidence in and out of your workout outfit.
POUND combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix™, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session! The upper body is constantly moving and drumming, producing continual instability throughout the entire body. This activates and engages infrequently used stabilizer muscles to create long, lean muscles and prime the body for safe movement during other forms of exercise. Adding the core-engaging element of drumming to dynamic, full-body movements increases caloric burn, improves precision and thoroughly targets all the large and supporting muscle groups in the body.
Advance your basic skills by perfecting specific and classic Pilates exercises and patterns. Must have Fundamental Mat Pilates experience.

Deep Stretch Flow Yoga
Just as the name suggests you can expect to increase your mobility, flexibility and range of motion through a sequence of ever-changing, flowing yoga postures. You may also find increased breath and body awareness, and learning how to clear your mind. All levels welcome.
No Frillz Bosu/Step & Strength
No Frillz = no 'fancy' choreography! This class is a great work-out. After warming-up you'll find intervals of cardio & strength for approximately 35 minutes, followed by a focused strength, core and stretch segment. Adaptable to all levels with modifications.
Kick Box Fitness
This is full contact, true grit work-out! Feel the stress relieving benefits of hitting bags & pads with the addition of boxing club style push-ups, planks, squats and abs! Safety orientation required. Reserve your space, Mondays at 6:20pm.
These classes are inspired by New York's Physique 57 studio as well as The Barre Method system from L.A. This work-out focuses on controlled strength movement that requires each targeted group of muscle to fully engage to the point of overload followed by an immediate stretch. Influenced by calisthenics, dancer's barrework and Pilates movements, this class is the perfect addition to any fitness program. All levels welcome.
Whether it's with Kettle Bells, with TRX (or other) these Circuit classes include on average 10 stations of 45 seconds to 1 minute each: a cardio station followed by a strength station. Depending on the class title, you will be ensured to find at least 2 stations with Kettle Bells or TRX (a suspension system secured from the ceiling to challenge your muscles in a different way). This circuit segment will be followed by core work and a stretch.
A quick, intense 40 minute strength training class with emphasis on the lower body muscle groups and abdominals/low back.
This is the perfect class for people who are new to yoga, and wish to better understand how yoga can work for them. Each class has a theme that is deeply explored as a focus. For example: How to stretch, how to incorporate breathing, how to balance. Slowly paced with variations for your specific needs. This class can prepare for a more specific style of yoga.
Kriya Flow Yoga
This yoga is a dynamic, fluidly coordinated set of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) & meditation/mindfulness techniques that have a very specific purpose. Each class is designed to stimulate, saturate & integrate specific muscles & connective tissues as well as the nervous system, organs, glands and mind to attain a state of health & well-being.
A full body interval training class. Focusing on functional core and strength training, integrated with blasts of cardio. Use of a variety of strength, stability and cardio equipment.
3 Minute Miracle Yoga
Within the yoga practice there are specific postures, breath work and meditations that have the capacity to instill significant changes (mind, body, spirit) when practised for 3 minutes. This class is an exploration and guidance through this deep practice. Students who have done this yoga have described the experience as "transformative", "healing" and "a personal breakthrough". Often times, the class will carry a specific theme. i.e. stress reduction, immune building, confidence building and cleansing/detoxing.
Kiss My Abs circuit
This class focuses on not only 'abs' but complete, functional core work. You'll see the results and feel them as you move throughout your life!
Core, Stretch & Roll
Spend 30 minutes on Pilates influenced core work, then the next 30 minutes on stimulating your blood and lymphatic flow, breaking down fasciae tissue and stretching. This is like taking your body out on a date or a massage. So good for you and you'll feel the benefits as you walk out the door.

Indoor cycling. Our instructor will lead you through a multiple terrain work-out that is sure to leave you feeling like you've had a great ride! The lunch hour version is 45 minutes.
TRX strength training (technique enhancement)
This group training class is offered as an opportunity to improve your technique and skills with the TRX system: a band that clips to the ceiling and that you use to challenge yourself in multiple strength enhancing/muscle stimulating moves.
AAA (Arms, Abs, Ass-ets)
This dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class uses dumbbells, bands, exercise balls, chairs, steps, BOSUs or body bars for resistance and balance. It's a 45 minute strength based class with focus specifically on the abdominals, gluteals, triceps, biceps and shoulders.
"Retro" Step Class
An exercise blast from the past! With use of an elevated platform (the step), the height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers for more intensity as desired. Work up a sweat with a touch of nostalgia in this heart-pumping choreographed cardio and strength interval class. Legwarmers and sweatbands are optional!
This athletic-based workout designed for all ages and fitness levels uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. Barbell strengthens, tones, and defines. Add this class to your cardio/strength program to optimize results.
